Coach is driving into work today and on the radio I hear behaviorists reveal the “secret to losing weight”… I turn up the radio so loud the school crossing guard looked at me as I drove by… Okay so what is this breaking news? Have a cheat day when following a diet… My face drops and I look like my dog Shiloh when I tell her it’s time for me to go to work… How can America still be buying this news?

Coach is first to say no diet will allow you to only lose fat, without losing muscle and keep working until you reach your desired goal and allow you to maintain it and certainly not a diet that you cheat on…

Coach’s day begins and my first client Jon, who I been seeing since 2008 and at 40 years old he checks in today at 10.1 % body fat… It was his best reading since we have worked together, and the body fat of a professional athlete… As Jon is leaving he thanks me and says he loves his lifestyle…

Coach’s second client Victoria checks in today at 20.1% body fat, the body fat of a teenager, and Victoria is 62 years old… As Victoria leaves she thanks me and says she loves her lifestyle…
